The TRA Registration form is now closed.

For new registrations, please come directly to the Lisbon Congress Centre (CCL) – Accreditation is possible onsite, starting from 13 November, at 09:00.

 

Registration is required for all TRA 2022 attendees.

 

Conference registration includes:

  • access to all conference sessions
  • access to the exhibition and demonstration area
  • access to the welcoming and closing ceremonies
  • lunch and coffee breaks (at the conference centre in the designated areas)

 

Payment is possible by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard). All type of registrations can also be paid by bank transfer.

Before registration, students & young researchers are required to prove that they are eligible for the reduced fee. After verification, the delegate will receive an approval email in order to register for the conference with the reduced fee. Please see more instructions below.

Information about the individual rates

 

Speakers, Authors, Reviewers

This category applies to the speakers of the Scientific & Technical Sessions, the authors of all accepted papers, and the reviewers approved by the TRA Programme Committee. Each presenting author can register to guarantee the presentation of a maximum of 2 papers. Only one author per paper can register in this category. Co-authors of technical papers have to choose other options (for example, “Regular” or “Student & young researchers”).

 

Student & Young researchers

For student registration, the delegate must submit a scanned copy of a valid student ID (clearly reflecting the student’s name and institution and age) or official proof of enrolment from the institution. These documents should be submitted by email to tra2022@ccl.fil.pt and must be in English or Portuguese. If the delegate registered as a student is also a presenting author, they can register to guarantee the presentation of a maximum of 2 papers.

For registration as a young researcher, the delegate is required to currently be engaged in academic research by either pursuing their first PhD or having received their first PhD no earlier than 31 December 2017. The Delegate must submit a scanned copy of an official proof of enrolment from the institution or a scanned copy of the PhD certificate These documents should be submitted by email to tra2022@ccl.fil.pt and must be in English or Portuguese.

After verification, the delegate will receive an approval email in order to register for the conference with the reduced fee. The registration should be done in the five days following the approval email.

 

Plenary / Strategic sessions’ speakers and special invited guests

Plenary / Strategic sessions’ speakers and special invited guests  will receive special registration links to a special registration form to benefit from applicable fees.

 

Exhibitors & Demonstrators

All exhibitors and demonstrators have the possibility to register via a special exhibitor / demonstrator registration form.

Each organization selected to book Demo space at the TRA2022 Interactive area will receive free conference passes (two per each Demo II stand purchased and 1 per each Demo I purchased).

Each organization exhibiting at TRA22 has the chance to purchase passes to the conference at Exhibitors & Demonstrators cost as follows:

General Exhibition – 2 passes for each 9 sqm.

Demo I – 1 additional pass

Demo II – 2 additional passes

This does not apply to co-exhibitors who haven’t booked their own exhibiting space. Co-exhibitors must contact their exhibitor or demonstrator who purchased the space regarding possible exhibitor / demonstrator badges included in the exhibition space.

Media representatives from both Portugal and abroad are warmly welcome to join TRA2022. Media participation at the TRA2022 conference is subject to accreditation. Attendance is free of charge for accredited media professionals. Accreditation applications should be submitted via the media accreditation form. Registrations will be verified and accepted by email. It is necessary to get the badge at the respective accreditation desk, located at the Foyer C with the schedule.
